everyone asking about the use case of crypto missed the point. a use case implies that the world is set in stone, but crypto (should) hints that the world is up for grabs.

irrationality is the driving force of humanity. heliocentrism? quite irrational. apple in 1976? irrational. bitcoin in 2009? absolutely irrational. AGI would have wiped them all out - too risky, too unlikely, too wrong. progress isn’t about rationality; it’s reflexive. believes first > proves later.

AI converges while crypto diverges.

one seeks to optimize the existing world, while the other dreams of worlds that don’t exist yet - and builds them anyway. because fuck you. intelligence versus agency.

stop measuring crypto in TPS, TVL or P/E; that’s the matrix lingo. true value of crypto lies in its ability to express a belief without permission. memecoins aren’t failures of the industry; they embody the purest agency: “i believe in this dog / white whale / lobster shaped agent. i’ll put my reputation on it.” that’s not stupidity, that’s just being a fucking human.

speculation is simply belief with something at stake. fiat operates on the same principle - backed by faith in states, armies, and lies, while pretending to be “real.” crypto transforms conviction into coordination and then into reality.

tokens are nascent deities. most will fade away, but the ones that endure can reshape reality through sheer belief.

AI creates one god: the oracle. centralized. final shape.

crypto allows anyone to conjure a god from nothing. gods born from memes, made real by those who believe.

crypto is the last frontier where we can truly be ourselves.
